The installation with them went smoothly I was very happy. However, the post-support experience was a different story. I emailed and called them multiple times, but I never received a response. Devin was a class A jerk. My husband called five times asking for the owner to call us back and nobody ever has. This company put in the control 4 system for a large home I recently purchased and not only will they not come out to service it and get it working for 1-1.5 months but they wouldn’t give out the master password info for another company to be able to do it~ forcing the new company to work for 2 hours to gain access before they could start work on the system (which the other AV company said is unheard of in the ind... read more
Devin and his team installed a Theory Professional surround and multi room sound system, along with a Sony TV and wireless network leveraging Control4 to help manage it all. They were easy to work with and took great care to listen to our needs during the sales process all the way through installation. The install team was both courteous and protected our existing decor. Devin and his team have been phenomenal from start to finish. He worked efficiently and offered me a customized system that worked best for me and not just trying to get the highest cost system. They installed an outdoor system as well as an in indoor one. And to say it is a good system is an understatement. Already gotten complaints from my neighbors about the bass, so that tells you how good their systems can be haha. Thank you again Devin! Would recommend to anyone looking for a home audio company.
The team upgraded our system and fixed numerous issues we had. The Audio Visual Excellence team is readily available and prompt in their responses when we’ve had any kind of issues and is able to adroitly handle issues remotely which is very convenient.
