I almost never leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I feel obligated in this case. We spent thousands of dollars on a piece of video equipment that never worked. To make matters worse, the piece of equipment was removed to be sent back to the manufacturer and has never been replaced. Audio Innovations has ignored our numerous requests for resolution and has been dishonest about what exactly has happened (which we still are unclear about), so we are left with nothing for the almost $7000 we spent. Kian did a Surround Sound and Control4 install for our home today and although I don't always do reviews, I wanted to do one today. He and his team were very professional and hard working and still kind and patient with our dogs and kids who were home today. The job had a few challenges and they met them and completed the job well and surpassed our expectations! I would highly recommend their services and we will use them again in the future for our basement!
