Three years ago I bought a pair of Definitive Tech BP7006's and had a less than pleasant experience. They treated me like more of a nuisance than a customer. I should have learned my lesson then, but more recently I stopped in to inquire about a pair of Golden Ear Triton 3 Towers as replacements and was again met with indifference.
