Poor Experience Poor customer service, period. Each time I have visited, even when I actually bought items from them, I always felt as if they felt I were "bothering" them with questions. Not accommodating, it was like pulling teeth to get them to let me hear some speakers I wanted to audition. They do carry some cool brands, however. Perhaps if you were spending a ton of money with them, they might treat you like a valuable customer.
Three years ago I bought a pair of Definitive Tech BP7006's and had a less than pleasant experience. They treated me like more of a nuisance than a customer. I should have learned my lesson then, but more recently I stopped in to inquire about a pair of Golden Ear Triton 3 Towers as replacements and was again met with indifference. Maybe if you are dropping $10k or more, they'll show some interest.
