I have had an even worse experience with Audio Dimensions. I spent over \$45,000 and when problems arose, I couldnt even get the company president, Russel Kim, to return my phone messages. The system still does not work and I am stuck with it. The girl that answers the phone is rude and insolent. The installers are working one day and fired the next.
