I have had an even worse experience with Audio Dimensions. I spent over \$45,000 and when problems arose, I couldnt even get the company president, Russel Kim, to return my phone messages. The system still does not work and I am stuck with it. The girl that answers the phone is rude and insolent. The installers are working one day and fired the next. Appointments were made and then broken at the last minute. The company is is worst by far that I have EVER had the displeasure to deal with. Some items even disappeared from my ... read more
