It was very friendly and helpful.
Great experience! I assisted my 80+ y.o. mother via a long distance (OR to MS) call to schedule an appointment w/Dr. A. Ford.. The process was easy and customer service was great. I was also able to conference in during my Mom’s visit. Dr. Ford is an absolute gem! From the exam to the financial aspect, she was very warm, pleasant, patient and very thorough in all aspects of the process. It was obvious that she has the best interest of the patient.
