Kathy O'Brien and Rachel were absolutely fantastic. They were helpful, patient and so knowledgeable. We were so disillusioned after having to deal with Davis Health in Crossville, Tn. These two ladies have renewed our faith in customer service.
The appointment was very thorough and the staff took the time to answer all my questions.
