I appreciated the consultation regarding test results, need for hearing aids, and my reasons using hearing aids. I was really impressed with how well Robert listened to me. I will schedule a follow-up meeting and include my wife for this discussion.
Robert is so helpful. He is very pleasant and takes time to answer any questions I have. I never feel that he is rushing me. Today he cleaned my hearing aides. He makes appointments every three months just to make sure all questions are answered and the hearing aids are working well.
