We have had the best experience with the Mattoon, Illinois center. We are greeted by name by a friendly receptionist and then get into the appointment room right on time. Robert is exceptional with everything from testing to clear directions, and dealing with the anxiety of a new device. He is very patient and knows how to deal with people with kindness. I’m so glad we found Audible.
