Absolutely great
Friendly and knowledgeable.
Very quick. Cleared ear wax out of right ear and off I went.
The audiologist was very nice and informative. But Audible needs to explain their trade in quote better! I figured I could get an upgrade with what my insurance pays and trading in 2 pair of hearing aids. Not the case it doesn’t work that way if you have insurance. I feel this is very misleading !
