Max, I was in the office when your Grandmother had her fit of rage. You failed to mention her same behavior she demonstrated at our office in FFG to my Daughter. Her paper work wasn't lost, it was moved after she never showed to four appointments she had made. I let her come to the Crossville office because of her insurance company.
