I appreciate the relevance of the exercises to my needs and the attention to what seems to be small details, that makes a world of difference!

Asked Dr. Audia to see my 13yo daughter. Very knowledgeable and thorough with great bedside manner. Asks good questions about the situation and goals and came up with a tangible and thorough plan, definitely recommend. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my daughter
Stoke, seizure, 4 spinal-cord surgeries, acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy and finally met Dr.Audia. It has been 3 months and I have made great progress. He understand the trauma that my body has gone through and has uniquely strengthen my spine and muscles that are not literally bolted down. He has helped my upper body, my walking and my appearance while avoiding creating pain and this 78 year old man is very appreciative. I look better, I feel better and I am better.
I’ve been working in the brew industry after the toll it took on my back, Matt helped find the right techniques to become healthier and I haven’t had a problem since. Highly recommend!
