As a long-time Audi owner, I have rented vehicles from Silver Car previously and then Audi on Demand for almost ten years. My wife and I had the worst experience this past weekend from an Audi on Demand employee named Charlie at Audi of Burlingame. He started out discourteous, became temperamental, and turned downright hostile and disrespectful. Excellent staff, helpful and informative. Rented an eTron, no complaints of any kind. Charlie’s great, just walk in and state why you’re there Suggest getting an Electrify American app for charging while using eTron.

Very nice car and service，really a good experience of rent. I rent a Audi A4 and it was a real buy at the price. The car is neat and clean, and is a new model with awesome navigator & dual-screen display. I'll return for next use. The whole deal processed in an APP, convenient enough.

Silvercar does not have a dedicated service area per se so that could be a bit confusing. Simply head into Porsche/Audi dealership and ask front desk for assistance. Pre-register online via app was as easy as 1-2-3. My transaction literally took all of 5min! Best of all, no lines and I get to rent an A4 from the brand I already own. Rental car was clean inside/out and drives great! Steven, who handled the pickup service was friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
