The waiting room at Cochran Audi is absolutely filthy dirty. The coffee station is so unclean, I swear it has never, ever been cleaned let alone sanitized. This facility is the absolute worse place to service an Audi and in fact I would decide never to again purchase this auto brand if the only place to service it would be here with the Cochran group. A very minor repair to a washer fluid leak required 4 visits spanning over one year to be correctly addressed. Horrible. They never call you back.

My story is too long for a Google review but I will summarize it by saying that from beginning to end, the service was abysmal. They were next to impossible to reach (like one-in-six calls even reaches a human). At first I believed their diagnosis of "a hole in the engine" but the car people in my life were skeptical. It took 4 phone calls to reach them and inform them that I was going elsewhere and then the service manager tried to buy my car (engine hole and all). Would never use this service again. They took my car in for repairs saying two days. Called them on repeatedly with no answer on day two and three (Thursday, Friday) and called the main service number as well who could not reach the Audi service either. The car spent the weekend additionally in service because of no one responding or telling me if my car was repaired. This was, by far, one of the worst experiences I've had at an Audi service center. I utilized Audi Roadside Assistance to get my car towed. This was over the Christmas and New Year's holidays (December 22) and I really did give everyone the benefit of the doubt, all things considered. I called beforehand to Audi Monroeville Service to make sure everyone was up to speed.
