I was in a difficult situation moving across the country; my engine starting misfiring on the roadtrip near Monroeville right before the holiday weekend. It was looking like I was going to be stranded. Fortunately, Darshele came to the rescue. Able to fit me into their shop’s booked schedule, get me back on the road within a few hours, and didn’t skewer me for cost. I’m very appreciative.
My husband had his vehicle serviced here a few months ago for a tire pressure monitoring system issue, an oil change, and brake/rotor work. The experience has turned into a costly headache. When we recently took the vehicle elsewhere for an oil change, the technician discovered that three out of four skid plate bolts were either missing or incorrect. I dropped my car off at 7am for a power steering flush and bleed due to a known steering issue. Without ever informing me, the vehicle was driven roughly a mile each way to another “shop” location before any work was performed. I only found this out when I arrived to pick up my car and was told it wasn’t even on site. The car has a manual transmission, is tuned and lowered, and had an active power steering issue.
