Efficient service. Great communication and knowledgeable.
I dropped my car off at 7am for a power steering flush and bleed due to a known steering issue. Without ever informing me, the vehicle was driven roughly a mile each way to another “shop” location before any work was performed. I only found this out when I arrived to pick up my car and was told it wasn’t even on site. The car has a manual transmission, is tuned and lowered, and had an active power steering issue. Honestly, I had a great experience. I had an easy 10,000 mile visit, and was told an hour to an hour and a half. It ended up taking almost 2 hours, but that is reasonable to me. Friendly staff and I am happy so far.
