Verey poor costumer service. No problems solving skills,no communication skills , they give you the filling that you should be thankful for auctio nation let you buying or bed on there stuff. When it comes to aproblem you have only Cristina she answer the phonene ,she reply to the Email and she I nothing but orrogant person no talent no smart.

The auction site bids on products to increase the bid price. This is not illegal in Arizona. They also use one photo of an item up for bid for similar items instead of taking individual pictures of each item. So the condition of your particular item is unknown. They often title an item incorrectly indicating it is better than what is actually being offered. If this was a simple mistake, then the descriptions would sometimes be in the favor of the bidder and quote an item as less than the actually item up for bid. Howev... read more

STAY AWAY!!! This place is a joke. I spent hours doing research and evaluating specs on an item listed as the first Lot of an auction closing today. The item was one of just a few "anchor items" in the entire catalog. I monitored the activity for over a week waiting to make a run at the item today. When I logged in today about 30 minutes from closing, I find that Auction Nation allowed the consignor to pull the item from the auction today with a winning bid WELL below what I would have considered "market value" for the item.... read more
