Been going to this Aucklsnd physiotherapy for around 6 years now. My back would not survive without my regular Pilates classes The 2 studios are superb, with top notch equipment and are spacious and airy. The staff are amazing and very professional. All exercises are tailored to your needs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I can’t recommend Helen van Praagh highly enough. She is a fabulous physiotherapist who has successfully treated my numerous injuries over the last few years. She has excellent assessment and hands on treatment skills, creates realistic tailored rehab plans and best of all, always remained optimistic and supportive even when I despaired!
Thorough and very helpful. Such a relief to finally get excellent physio support and a systemic approach. Thanks Vivienne.
Just finished my last pre-Marathon appointment with Paul White. He is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Really wasn't sure if seeing a physio would help because my hip pain seemed just a part of the experience. I now have 0 hip pain. It took one session only for me to gain extremely specific feedback to help my running form. Every session I learned something new from Paul and am excited he will now be my go-to for everything running related! Anyone with any running goals should consider visiting Paul!
I ordered a set of dilators & for the price & postage it would've been nice that the product was in a discreet packaging instead of a see through bag!!!!
