Auburn Lodge has been providing wonderful care for my aunt for the past three years. She loves her room, her friends, the staff and her care. She very much enjoys her life as a resident and I am reassured as to her wellbeing - for which I am most grateful.

My mother moved into Auburn Lodge in July 2023 as a full time resident. At first i was apprehensive but i soon realised that this family run home treated all residents as part of a big family. They fully meet all mums needs, physically mentally and emotionally. They provide one to one care day and night and nothing is to much trouble. If mum gets upset they sit with her until she is settled, this includes all the carers and the owners. I am a carer at Auburn Lodge and I can honestly say that it's the best, a real home from home, a pleasure to work there with a lovely team of dedicated staff and managers, so much so that when it came to the time for my own Mother to be cared for there was only one place in my heart and mind that Mum would be happy in, and Mum's very happy and cared for in every way possible, the whole of our family feel the same.

I cannot praise Auburn Lodge enough for the service they provide. The staff are exceptional and create such a happy family atmosphere for the residents. They strive to keep everyone stimulated and ensure that all residents are well cared for. The chef provides lovely fresh home cooked meals with all diets catered for. Regular communication from Victoria is very reassuring as I live a distance away. I like the fact that the home is not too big so everyone knows each other which helps to creat the family atmosphere.

My mother has been living at Auburn Lodge since being ill and recognising that she could no longer live by herself. She very soon became relaxed and comfortable, losing the stress caused by struggling to manage on her own. Mum is very well cared for and my siblings and I are also more relaxed knowing that she is never alone, but looked after with respect and affection.
