Very nice wood Selection but horrible customer service. The guy explained to me if I go through the wood I had to re-stack everything. My wife found a real nice piece that she liked, and we bought it while she was in paying for it. He made a comment that I can't stand women that don't know what they want. That was really wrong. I will never go back to that place again.
The wood is great. The warehouse guy accurately measures board feet, and he has been helpful in mov8ng stacked pallets. However, I recently bought 11 board feet of walnut and was charged for 15 or 16. On this occasion, a guy from the front office measured. Overall I've had good experiences. I recommend doing your own measurements and challenging their numbers if something doesn't add up. They aren't very well set up for cash payments. Card payments have been smooth.
