Communication went from "meh" to fabulous at the start of 2026. I'm a buyer for a premier manufacturing company with extensive woodworking operations in Northern California. I went into the store today looking for some cabinet grade plywood and drawer slides. Stephanie was super helpful and everyone was really nice. They had my plywood loaded before I left the front. Great service and good prices.
Very friendly and knowledgeable group of people who love to help. Makes shopping there my favorite spot! Plus prices on exotic hardwoods are fantastic!! Stop in and check for yourself!
Update: there have been some staff and procedure changes and the business is more user friendly than before. ____________ Original: The wood is great. The warehouse guy accurately measures board feet, and he has been helpful in mov8ng stacked pallets. However, I recently bought 11 board feet of walnut and was charged for 15 or 16.
