Communication went from "meh" to fabulous at the start of 2026. I'm a buyer for a premier manufacturing company with extensive woodworking operations in Northern California. We've always purchased supplies for our wood finishing processes from Auburn Hardwoods. Prior to 2026, the service was satisfactory, but the communication left something to be desired. I went into the store today looking for some cabinet grade plywood and drawer slides. Stephanie was super helpful and everyone was really nice. They had my plywood loaded before I left the front. Great service and good prices.
