I second another review, the loan lady is terrible at customer service. Makes you feel like you did something wrong for being there. When we tried to get a loan for our house, she shoved us a form and said here, fill it out and bring it back, i don't have time now. As you can imagine, we neither filled it out or went back, a wise decision. We found much better service at Franklin bank.
some ladies there are very nice but the lady who does the loans and money wires is very unfriendly, she gives mean looks when u come in for a loan like ur a bad person or something now the man who does it is very friendly and tries to do all he can.
