I attended this centre for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I checked in, the receptionist informed me that there was no booking under my name. I was quite shocked, as I had the confirmation email and showed it to her. She then stated that the appointment had been cancelled, which was confusing as I had not cancelled it. I explained that I was in pain and really needed to see a physiotherapist, but there was no effort made to assist me, offer an alternative, or even provide an apolog... read more
