Worst service in the entire Okanagan! Steer away from this place at all cost! Was trying to change titles on house. Hiring Nicolas Aubin as notary was the worst decision i ever made. This guy cant get nothing done in timely manner and he LIES as well. He lied to me and to my bank. He sure let you know how much he charges but never get any work done. WORST OF THE WORST. Needed a document to get notarized and found the right place. Made an appointment and was in and out in 5 minutes. Very professional people. Reliable. Lots of parking. Competitive rates. I’d recommend to anyone
If I could give 0 stars I would. They received all the necessary documents to handle a fairly straightforward procedure regarding a release form on a lien. No phone calls, no follow up emails. When I did finally manage to get through for a phone call, I was told “the form is on the desk, it should be reviewed this afternoon.” By the receptionist. 2 weeks have gone by and no phone calls or emails have been received. Avoid at all costs! We went to him to have my father in laws name removed from the title of our house (he had passed away) and a covenant added to the title in 2021. When we went to sell our house in 2024 we discovered nothing had been done that we paid for. When we reached out to the office we were told he would get back to us within 48 hours and that did not happen either.
