My dad passed away and we needed a form notarized. Mr Aubin seemed annoyed that we were there. Even with a scheduled appointment. No condolences, no smiles. When we were struggling through a document, he just watched me walk my mom through the details and was no help. “Select A or B” is all he said. Very unfriendly. Very unhelpful. Cost 95$ for 5 min of his time and didn’t sign one of the documents icbc needed. Uneducated about what icbc may actually require.
Incredible Notary and client service, they are amazing to deal with. I had a very time sensitive document I needed notarized, and they fit me in due to the time sensitive nature of what I needed. I give them 10/10 and recommend them for your notary needs, they are who I always reach out to as a first step for this kind of service. Thank you Aubin & Associates!!
I'm not sure that they are actually a functioning organization. Tried my best to give them my patronage for a simple property transfer. After 8 months of flaky BS I went to a lawyer who got it done in a couple weeks. Funniest part is Aubin's office hasn't contacted me since, they didn't even follow up enough to realize that they're no longer handling the file. Impressively incompetent.
Worst service in the entire Okanagan! Steer away from this place at all cost! Was trying to change titles on house. Hiring Nicolas Aubin as notary was the worst decision i ever made. This guy cant get nothing done in timely manner and he LIES as well. He lied to me and to my bank. He sure let you know how much he charges but never get any work done. WORST OF THE WORST.
