Not a customer but I had an interaction with a member of their staff at another store. She was being racist to a cashier and threatening to call ICE on them. Meanwhile the cashier was getting a member of management to approve her tax exemption per policy of the store. I hope y'all don't accept and encourage this behavior in your own store.

We’ve enjoyed working with Grace and her staff. Specifically, we enjoy the store’s atmosphere and Grace’s communication style. She is direct, timely, and does what she says she’ll do.

I have worked with Grace at Aubergine since 2008. She made excellent suggestions and helped me decorate my Shipwatch Villa. I had so many positive comments from Real Estate offices which made the unit sell quickly! Since then Grace has given me superb ideas for decorating; her taste in furniture, custom bedding and window treatments cannot be compared to any other home store in the Charleston area.
