I still would have highly preferred end of life care for my parent IN HIS HOME. Personally Au Chateau is an older facility. Money does need to go into renovating/cleaning up the foyer. If money is spent renovating WNGH, it can too, on A.C. Paint would liven up the place. Walls are damaged in there. It is disheartening. Outside windows need to be painted. It is also an open door busy place with a lot of people walking in, at any time for visitors/students/workers ...How safe is that, for residents? Central air conditioning wo... read more

They also need to remove any fees associated with bringing patients to a hospital that is ATTACHED to their facility. That's absolutely ridiculous. 25$ an hour to rent a gurney cuz my Father cant walk and because I cant be there. You guys are going to regret making me stress out like this. Staff definitely needs training on mental health and the kinds of mental health issues people face on a daily, (Especially when they make it known to staff that they have mental health issues.) so they can deal with grieving family appropriately, not telling someone mid meltdown, "Ugh, you're not listening!" Check yourself, Lynn Binette. Smarten up. I agree with the one star reviews. Tread lightly, "Au Chateau".
