I still would have highly preferred end of life care for my parent IN HIS HOME. Personally Au Chateau is an older facility. Money does need to go into renovating/cleaning up the foyer. If our great Ontario government can spend huge amounts of money renovating WNGH, they can too, on Au Chateau. Even just a simple unified paint job in a flat colored light taupe or beige, throughout the facility on all the inside walls would spruce up the place a great deal. Many walls are damaged in there. The staff definitely need better training. This place is not professional at all, I’m not normally one to put names out there but Hailey Kroft took care of my dad and she was very rude and did not provide the care needed instead decided to complain about her personal life at work.
