Bought a pair of thourogood boots 3 weeks ago and sole of boot is separating bad but because my WORK BOOTS had mud on them the young lady was a smart ass saying we ain't doing nothing for you duct tape them extremely disrespectful and rude!!! Im sorry i actually use my boots for work but these are failing and not a lick of compassion decency or intelligence to look up the return policy or date on my receipt what a waste of time and money from a store who doesn't care about their customers
