When I picked up the car Rod, the guy, couldn’t have been nicer. When I returned the car, Alec an Juan, also couldn’t have been nicer. But in between, when I picked up new registration stuff, Brandon couldn’t have been more rude. Condescending, combative and just the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered anywhere for any reason. 1 star with Brandon and 5 stars for the others
