What a gem in Cape Vincent! With a warm, inviting atmosphere, Brian, my therapist, was able to target my tense areas with enough pressure to get them to release and also made me feel very comfortable. The hot, relaxing sauna session was such a great way to end my appointment I would highly recommend Attuned Life Massage and Wellness 1000 Islands to anyone looking for a relaxing therapeutic massage. If you are able to, you should try the sauna too! Very knowledgeable, professional and personable!
