Anushka and Alyssa were very warm and welcoming. Alyssa is a very bubbly and friendly receptionist and made the first few minutes of the visit comfortable. Anushka was very diligent and professional when testing my hearing. She was very thorough when explaining my test results to me.
A truly professional centre with kind and friendly staff who are wonderful with children. I didn't think a hearing test for a 4 year old could go so smoothly. Thank you Anushka for your gentle nature and ability to be so quick and flexible, and thanks Alyssa for organising everything for us including paperwork ahead of time.
