Do not forget anything on one of their buses because it disappear and no one will have seen it.
I have tried to reach out to you multiple times and got no response. What happened today is beyond concerning and a safety issue. There has been zero communication made to me about what was going on. My daughter was picked up at 8:30 am and she was dropped off passed 12 pm. It’s passed 1 pm now and yet zero communication and explanation about what went on. Let me guess traffic?
