Communication was absurdly poor. Reached out 6 months ago with serious interest to retain. After a week of calls no consultation was granted. Tried again now that I have an immediate need for representation. Was told to wait another week. I did. (12 lawyers now tell me that was horrible advice) I then spent the next week playing phone tag and begging to pay a retainer and begin the process in court. Kendyll is an amazing attorney! I've had her for multiple cases over the years and she has always gone above and beyond for my family. i have and will always recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney!
