Do not use their service. The attorney they obtained to cover a hearing canceled coverage at 6:24am on the day of the hearing when the hearing was 9:30am. I secured coverage weeks ago in order to avoid this type of disaster. However, apparently, coverage is "not guaranteed" according to one of their staff even though I confirmed with them several times and approved an additional charge they have asked for. DO NOT use this service. One of the attorneys associated with this site did not show up to the hearing, and then submitted a case status acting as though she handled the case. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy.
