Not only is Mrs. Ornelas is a great attorney, she is a wonderful person! I had never experienced a courtroom and she took the time to explain to me the ins and outs. I was the defendant in a civil case and nervous, but she explained the legal process to me and still won the case! With that being said, I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a great, hardworking, and enthusiastic attorney! She really puts everything she has into the case.
The receptionist who answered the phone was very pompous. He made me feel as if i was unintelligent. With that type of unprofessionalism I do not see how they can secure clients.
