This should be a zero star review. Been insured with this company for a very long time. Never had any claims during that time. I reported a claim (which is baseless) and the company decided to provide a lawyer with very limited experience. When I expressed my displeasure, and concern over the lack of experience, the company said it would do the “courtesy” of a lawyer with experience, but I would be responsible for all cost and expenses above what it would cost to hire an inexperienced lawyer.
