We met with Mr Smith with my aging parents in May. Looking to revise their already existing will. He acted so rudely to my brother and I and said my parents had to go alone. Acted as if we were stealing from our parents. It was obvious my dad had suffered a stroke and my mom is overwhelmed and needs our help and support.
