Mr. Horton did the impossible for my case… I mean the impossible. I don’t want to talk about my case too much but I will say I was in a legal battle over my mothers body against my Step-Dad. A lot of lawyers wouldn’t touch my case but I was referred to him and he took the case and ran with it. He is not only professional but he’s also kind and has great empathy. I wish it was possible to give this guy "minus" stars. I hired him after I found myself in a difficult situation with no job and money owed to IRS. From day one he made mistake after mistake. He sent in Incomplete forms with incorrect address to IRS. Sometimes, he sent non original copies which were returned due to poor legibility. This guy cost me months of valuable time. He is unprofessional and lacks attention to detail. I recommend for David to look for a different profession.

My parents just moved to Palm Springs from another state and my Dad had a freak accident the day after they arrived in town and subsequently passed away. My Mom was beside herself with decisions, paperwork, questions, and the loss of her soulmate. I called and apprised David of the situation - he was at the hospital within 20 minutes to support my Mom and answer all her questions! A probate & estate planning attorney that you can trust! I moved from Los Angeles to Palm Springs to retire. I needed to update my living will. David Horton explained that what I currently have does not really help me or my partner in reference to probate.
