Avoid at all costs for any estate planning. Never completed multiple requests made by family and owner of estate. Acted extremely shady and was initially setup through a drug addict family member on my grandfather's behalf. Were extremely unhelpful when needing updates done and would avoid phone calls. Worst experience and never fulfilled my veteran grandfather's wishes and now we're having to deal with the fallout from this extremely unprofessional "business".
