Kathleen Bartlett despises women. She will side with the abuser in physical domestic violence cases. Custody cases she sides with the father every time no matter what his criminal record shows. She enjoys gaslighting the victim saying they are "disgruntled". I wouldn't recommend her and surprised that she hasn't been busted in corruption. In cases with guardian at litem she has ordered extra pay of over 2,000.00 when GAL was no longer needed. GAL doesn't travel or complete the basic assessment.
