I was so dissatisfied with the service from Joyce. It took longer to get a deed transfer than it should have. She was rude on the phone after I had already sent a $36.00 check saying it wasn't paid. She knew me from when I did my first deed and I thought she would get this done quickly. I tried to use local but it just didn't work. Never again.
