100% much better off to go ahead and using a public defender. John pawns off work too his juniors to mail it in.... I think I actually ended up worse off. Choose a better law firm.
They took the money (10K) and she never saw Webb again.No defense was presented. They just plea bargained with the court. 10k was a total waste of money.
