Jim is a knowledgeable and personable attorney. He researches issues, applies his experience, and listens. He worked with my family on a complex issue that included legal competency, power of attorney, and housing issues. He knew a great deal, provided options we might take, answered questions, and found answers to any question we posed. I could call any time and any day of the week and ask to speak directly to him. He knew who I was, stayed current on the situation, and consistently treated me like a person.
I had a very positive experience with James Mayhew and his Associate Attorney Julie Kinart. I had estate plans prepared and they were both very professional, timely and inexpensive! I would highly recommend them both.
