No one answered the first time I called Citizen Services - was led to leave a Voice Mail. Call was returned, told they did NOT NEED TO HEAR the issue - but I never revealed the "Real Issue". I was provided Two Phone Numbers and Names. The phone number for the USDA on two occassions was a "disconnected number" both times. The Senior Helpline could not offer me any help - even when I inquired about something other then the CERTIFIED ORGANIC FOOD FRAUD.
