This government office for lack of a better term sucks! The customer service is terrible! Almost non-existent! The fat receptionist is so lazy she cannot work well or do menial tasks. I wasn't even there for anything personally; just accompanying my sister at her appointment. Seeing how they interact with people was so rude, disrespectful & unappreciative for the jobs they had. They should fire the reception based on principle alone. Appalling! She repeatedly was rude to customers & careless about their needs. A good example... read more
