No response what so ever after 1 month and several calls!
I have had a very disappointing experience with the Attorney General's Office for Poughkeepsie, NY. Since I moved to Poughkeepsie, NY in Dutchess County 33 years ago, I have not seen any improvement or received any assistance from the office. Attorney general offices are expected to be actively involved in the local community and address New Yorkers' concerns in crucial areas such as elder abuse, consumer fraud, tenants' rights, and fraud.
