Trying to find out if I am being scammed or not, filled out information that I have, local office stated that there office in Springfield will conduct investigation and get back to me.

Filed with the state after being a fool and hiring tiger plumbing. Was taken for $61,176 dollars after calling them over a water heater. Double my homes value that i just paid off. Its sad that the state allows a business like that to exist allowing tiger plumbing to basically take advantage of people who THEY know are unable to fight back. I filed hoping for an outcome i could be happy with and maybe someone that could help me not feel like a p.o.s.. went absolutly no where.
