Rude, they ignore, they do not even mediate simple cases, they rejected my case for one reason, i countered it, then they found another reason to reject it. Not sure if its the intake staff or who, but you can even check their site for what they investigate, and show that to them, and still get your complaint rejected. This place is not needed if they cant handle their jobs or if there are those types of workers who get frustrated that things are too much to handle. Go work elsewhere, your kind is annoying. I’ve reached out to this office a couple of times now—which is more than enough opportunity for them to show they care about public concerns. Despite the Attorney General’s reputation, I have never received a direct response from him. The first time I contacted them, it felt like my inquiry was treated with suspicion, leading to what felt like 'nosy' digging rather than actual assistance.
