I received a parking summons in the White Plains, NY Hamilton Main Garage for 'No Permit' even though I have a valid permit to park there. I went to parking court and Hon. Judge Joann Friia dismissed the summons. Is there a scam going on in White Plains? Why would I get a summons for 'No Permit' when there was clearly a permit displayed in the window of my vehicle. But I'm very sure he will hand it over to the judge majesty in Pennsylvania and I'm not doing that route tonight I'll give his office a call tomorrow and give him my two thousand dollars worth not to incite a problem worse than needs too be tomorrow is another , day but hopefully less the problem children who started this but feel free to voice your outrage and your contempt and they might return your call or at the very least answer there phone. gotta go to sleep so for now the game is a foot let it play out.get some sleep ... read more
