Takes forever for them to answer and sometimes they ever hang up on you! It’s crazy the wait time
Quick to take our money but can’t even pick up a phone call. All the options they give you are ways to screw men over there isn’t a selection for fathers where you can file a court date or a virtual meeting for mothers who are violating their court order. it’s sad calling and hearing all the help they offer woman to garnish more money from a hard working man smh pathetic. Pure facts, my ex wife told me she hasn't received child support which comes out on a garnishment directly to the child support office. Again. Last time it went for 3 months without anyone notifying me until they wanted to pursue a case. I've triple checked, the money comes out and goes to them, then disappears in their system until they magically find it. Every time I try to call I sit on hold for 30+ minutes and they hang up on me without ever speaking to a human. Guess I'll be pursuing ANOTHER investigation so they can ma... read more
I am sorry to do this, but this place is horrible. Every time I call i keep getting we will send in a request. Without giving me a time line on when I should be or might be receiving an answer. Than you have people who gets on the phone and have an complete attitude. Y'all are sorry! If you don't like your job please leave and find another. Please do better!
