Pure facts, my ex wife told me she hasn't received child support which comes out on a garnishment directly to the child support office. Again. Last time it went for 3 months without anyone notifying me until they wanted to pursue a case. I've triple checked, the money comes out and goes to them, then disappears in their system until they magically find it. I am sorry to do this, but this place is horrible. Every time I call i keep getting we will send in a request. Without giving me a time line on when I should be or might be receiving an answer. Than you have people who gets on the phone and have an complete attitude. Y'all are sorry! If you don't like your job please leave and find another. Please do better!

Not help full. Lady in the both didn't really care what I had to say, just gave me a scan card. Yes she did print out for me some paperwork. But she needs training in deal with us asking questions not judging me. I hope you help this employee out before she gets fired. Thank you.
