They got me in and out
Thank you Yolanda for hanging up on me after I just sat in que for 45 minutes. You just hung up cause you don’t like your job or my question was too difficult for you to answer? I called with a simple question and your solution was to hang up? Very unprofessional. It’s only 3 stars cause Yolanda decided to be a Karen.
Went here in person to hand over material asked to be presented in person.. at 2 pm on July 15th. Not only were they not in office but I called and it took 1 hour to get thru to someone who could locate them to make an appointment. THEN they said they don't make appointments they "are an intervention office" ??? So where do I send my stuff and know you got it?! Rediculous
