I would highly recommend Attorney Bagley. She has a strong understanding of the law and the Waukesha court system. Her expertise and professionalism are evident at all times. She was always well prepared for all meetings and appointments. She was honest and empathetic as she worked with me during a tough time.
If I could give 0, I would. Hope you don't get her as your GAL. My kids are forced to fly down to North Carolina every school break and 6 weeks every summer (for going on 5 years now) because she was unable to actually do what was best for children and was too afraid to stand up for them and their rights and lives-which was her job as their GAL. Their dad is no part of their lives here, and misses every single important event they have as individual people. Horrible, tragic, not a good attorney.
