My mother passed away and left some property to my brother and I via a ladybird deed which was drafted by Mr. Hearsch. The only problem is that the deed he drafted was only for two of the six lots that she left to us. When I took the deed to his office to ask him to draft an affidavit of scrivener's error to include the lots he left off the deed, he said that he would do it for $300. Dave and my brother definitely had there "adventures". My brother would get in trouble, and Dave would keep him out of it. I've worked with him myself too and was very satisfied. Very likeable, knowledgeable and capable.
He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients. Highly recommend.
Was very rude when I called asked for help and information for my mother's estate case. He basically told me he would not help in anyway unless I did it his way and only his way which would have resulted in losing my mother's home.
