He represented me in court a couple times. He only asked the judge for one thing to help me out in a custody hearing . I try reaching out to him for total of 5 months. I left notes, emails and calls also walk in. Then I had to go to another lawyer to get Lindsey to talk with me. But then I found out he was working with my son mother that I was going against in court and that I was paying him to represent me in court. I would never go back to a lawyer especially in this town. Used him 10 years ago and have enjoyed full custody of my daughter ever since. I didn't miss a day thanks to him.
Very rude and has no empathy what so every asked me do I every stop talking when he never asked a question and then hung up on me. He shouldn't represent anybody
Absolutely useless as a public defender does not listen, return calls you will not see or hear from him until about five minutes before you walk into the courtroom where he will gaslight you into pleading guilty. Every time I regret, not hiring a lawyer, and I have to file an appeal because he wouldn’t listen and then made gaslight style threats DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BETTET OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF !
