I spoke to a handful of attorneys who all had different opinions about my case. I was greeted with a lot of "I can't do this" and "I shouldn't do that" for a multitude of reasons. Dan not only said the things I wanted to hear, he also delivered on them. He didn't make any promises he couldn't keep and explained to me why the other attorneys were less willing to help. Dan helped out myself with a real estate issue a few years ago. His most impressive work was in the defense of a relative who was accused of a heinous crime which Dan was able to get thrown out. He's a hard worker and a straight shooter. My only regret is we aren't in trouble often enough to use him more ;)
