Très mauvais service et très mauvaise communication, tu dois être sur place à l'agence pour espérer avoir un service moyen. En étant un MRE, je n'arrive pas à faire avancer mes dossiers à distance avec mon agence (Agence Normandie Casablanca), ils ne répondent ni au téléphone ni sur Whattsup. La seule solution qui me reste est de prendre un billet d'avion et aller sur place pour débloquer mes dossiers et par la même occasion changer de banque.

Malheureusement, j’ai appelé deux fois (séparément) et j’ai eu le même traitement. On me demandait d’attendre puis, après, on raccrochait. Je voulais simplement transmettre mon argent à cet institut financier, mais il semble que je ne sois pas le bienvenu. Je commence vraiment à reconsidérer l’idée d’investir dans mon pays. Shame on you.
